“Now I’ve been stalling to do this and I still don’t really know what to say… Friday practice 1 saw is the first session out of the day on a damp track, underestimating the dampness; I went out on a dry set up and beached it halfway through the session. Which a quick change of set up, the final 3 sessions saw me gain more and more time until I was showing promising pace, constantly being under the minute mark!

Saturday saw a rough start to the day, when I was driving to the holding area ready for quali, there was a loud squeaking which we quickly brushed under as we thought it would be a minor issue like a timing belt. The outlap saw puffs of smoke coming from my car which led to me having to pull over.

However my boy @lewis__st180 got onto it straight away and put my seat into the spare car with enough time spare to complete my 2 laps behind the safety car during the lunch break!! 

Race 1

This saw me starting dead last. A mega start saw me gain 2 places before t1 and a steady pace saw me pass throughout the race until p10, when the races was finished under a safety car.

Race 2

Reversed grids saw me start p9 which I was over the moon with. A poor first lap saw me drop down to p12 however I gained them back quickly. A crash towards the end of the race saw it end under a safety car once again, which left me p8 respectively 

I am absolutely over the moon to have my first top 10 finishes however looking back I should have done better and should have been fighting at the front. Big push at Snett, to hopefully get a trophy”.
